Brothers and Sisters,
As we move forward together into a new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on what truly makes Local 18007 strong. It isn’t just our skill, our professionalism, or the essential work we perform every day—though those things matter deeply. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to one another. The brotherhood and sisterhood within this Local is the backbone of everything we do.
In every challenge we face, we need to stand shoulder to shoulder and look out for each other on the job, support one another during difficult times, and make sure no member ever feels alone. That solidarity is not just a value—it’s our identity. It’s what allows us to push forward, negotiate from a place of strength, and ensure that every member’s voice is heard and respected.
With that spirit in mind, I’m excited to share that we are planning a Local 18007 event for late spring or early summer. This gathering will be an opportunity for all of us—members, families, retirees, and new faces alike—to come together, reconnect, and celebrate the unity that defines our Local. It will be a chance to strengthen the bonds that make us who we are and to build even greater comradery as we look toward the future. More details will be coming shortly as well start planning…
