ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL TURN OUT FOR MASK DISTRIBUTION.

Local 18007 Members,

I would like to start off by thanking everyone that came out for another successful N-95 mask distribution on Saturday 6/27 at the union office- we take the safety of our members and their families seriously and we are doing everything we can to keep our members safe!

Also, with the Fourth of July holiday fast approaching I want to say Happy Independence Day to all of our members and additionally I want to remind everyone that while we have progressed to Phase 4- please keep in mind that the pandemic is not over and even if the numbers are decreasing across the state of IL many other states are now seeing a rise in cases because they have not taken proper precautions, we do not want to take a step back in the progress that we have made so far. This will be another holiday that we won’t be able to celebrate like we have done in the past years- many events and parades have been cancelled. We hope everyone enjoys the time with their families but please keep safety at the forefront of your mind as this holiday weekend approaches.
