LOCAL 18007 CONTINUES TO MOVE FORWARD!

Brothers and Sisters.

On September 23rd we had honored the new Logistics building with a plaque and flag raising ceremony. We had three of our own members who are veterans take part in the ceremony and raised the flags: Melvin Lira, Army, who works in the Machine Repair Shop; Luis Aguilar, Air Force, who works in the Logistic Support Center; Dennis Fuller, Navy who works in the Meter Shop. We had Art Carlson who volunteered his time to play the National Anthem and Taps on his bugle.

The idea of the plaque commemorating Veterans that work at Peoples Gas came from our Local 18007 Veterans Committee. And thanks to our Local who were able to work with the company to make this work.
