If you have a workplace grievance, contract question, or any other concern, your first point of contact should always be your shop steward. Shop stewards are trained union representatives in your workplace who are here to listen, advise, and advocate on your behalf. They can help you understand your rights under the contract and guide you through the grievance process if needed.
